The system of HFO Generator Set Waste Heat Recovery Boiler : The exhaust gas boiler system is composed of flue gas system, exhaust gas boiler body and boiler local control device and related auxiliary equipment.
Flue gas system General: The exhaust gas boiler exhaust gas system consists of an inlet flue system and an outlet flue system. Under the maximum continuous evaporation, the actual exhaust back pressure of the flue gas system is less than the exhaust back pressure of the HFO generator set.
The Inlet exhaust gas box of the exhaust gas boiler It is used to introduce the generator set exhaust gas into the exhaust gas boiler, which ensures a good and even distribution of the internal exhaust gas. The inlet flue system of the exhaust gas boiler is composed of inlet high temperature expansion joints and inlet exhaust gas box. The high temperature expansion joint is a 304 stainless steel metal expansion joint, which is designed with external insulation. The outer casing is made of silicone rubber soft joint and fixed by flanges at both ends. All of the above gas ducts are constructed with an external thermal insulation. See above for details.
Outlet flue system of exhaust gas boiler: It consists of a low temperature expansion joint (non-metal, no insulation layer), an outlet flue and an outlet chimney.
There is a manhole in the necessary position of the flue gas system to meet the entry of personnel during equipment inspection and maintenance.
