Features of LYZ Vertical Marine Boiler:

1. LYZ boiler is high-performance welded vertical threaded tube boiler,

2. Circular furnace is the radiant heating surface of fuel portion; unique threaded tubes are convectional heating surface of fuel portion.

3. The threaded surface of flue gas side increases gas rotating flow, therefore it enhances the heat transfer coefficient.

4. Inspection hole is on the top of the boiler (cleaning door), so the boiler is easy to wash with water.

5. The flue gas portion is under the normal water level, therefore the flue gas tube at cold state avoids oxidation corrosion which caused by moisture at water level, and corrosion caused by operation temperature and stress changes.

The boiler is suitable for cargo ships, general cargo ships and so on less steam consumption ships,safe and reliable,fuel saving,and well received by users.
