1. ZYS boiler is high-performance welded vertical pin tube composite boiler, composed with fuel portion and exhaust gas portion.
   Features:
2. Circular furnace is the radiant heating surface of fuel portion; unique pin tubes are convectional heating surface of fuel portion.
3. The heating surface of exhaust gas portion is composed with flat tubes or threaded tubes.
4. Reasonable selection of flat tubes or threaded tubes at exhaust gas portion is achieved optimal design.
5. The flue gas side surface extended by pin tube is highly efficient to increase heat transfer
6. The threaded surface at side of flue gas is high efficiently to increase heat transfer.
7. Inspection hole is on the top of the boiler (cleaning door), so the boiler is easy to wash with water.
8. The flue gas portion is under the normal water level, therefore the flue gas tube at cold state avoids oxidation corrosion which caused by moisture at water level, and corrosion caused by operation temperature and stress changes.
9. The thick flue gas tube is with long working life.
