H Fin Type Low Temperature Economizer For 115MW Coal Fired Power Plant

Description:
Most of utility boiler's exhaust gas temperature is higher 20~30ºC than design temperature. Therefore, adding lower temperature economizer at utility boiler can decreasing the boiler's real exhaust gas.

 Reducing exhaust gas temperature has important signification for energy conservation and emission reduction. Installing lower temperature economizer at the end of boiler real smoke channel  increase exhaust waste gas recovery, increasing generating capacity,reduce water consumption of desulfurization and protect chimney.

The Position Of Low Temperature Economizer:
(1)low temperature economizer behind dirt catcher.
 (2) low temperature economizer in the front of dirt catcher
 (3) The dirt catcher between two low temperature economizers.
 All in all, the equipment description will follow customer demand and make different change.
