Description of LZY Vertical Marine Composite Boiler :
The oil fired/exhaust gas composite boiler is used reasonably, and the diesel engine flue gas is fully utilized during the ship sailing, which saves fuel and reduces shipping costs. The fuel part and the exhaust gas part are combined together, with a reasonable structure, energy saving and emission reduction, high automation, and it is meeting the management conditions of the drone cabin.
Features of LZY Vertical Marine Composite Boiler :
1. The LZY boiler is a welded high-performance vertical composite boiler, composed of a fuel oil part and a exhaust gas part.
2. The round furnace is the radiant heating surface of the boiler; the special threaded tube is the convective heating surface of the boiler's fuel oil part.
3. The heating surface of the exhaust gas part is composed of a flat tube or a threaded tube.
4. The threaded surface on the flue gas side increases the flue gas swirling, thus improving the heat transfer coefficient.
5. There is an inspection hole (cleaning door) on the top of the boiler, so the boiler is easy to wash with water.
6. The smoke tubes are below the normal water level, so it avoids the oxidation corrosion caused by moisture near the water level when the furnace pipe is cold and avoids the corrosion caused by changes in temperature and stress during operation.
Compared with a single fuel oil boiler and a single exhaust gas boiler, the fuel/exhaust gas combined boiler has the advantages of less space, labor and material saving, low cost, and convenient management. The boiler is suitable for cargo ships, general cargo ships and so on less steam consumption ships, safe and reliable, fuel saving, and well received by users.
