This boiler is a special design for generator group exhaust gas recovery.This boiler use pin tube as reinforce heat transfer components,which greatly increase the heat transfer area,Meanwhile the gas flow become a strong turbulence during going through the pin tube surface.The advantage of the boiler is simple structure ,high efficiency,long running life,safety and convenient maitain.
Features of Horizontal Pin-Tube Exhaust Gas Boiler:
1,the boiler use pin tube as heat transfer component,which can increase heat transfer area 7-8 times,raise coefficient of heat transfer 2 times.So the heat transfer efficiency is raised 14 times.
2,the boiler has the ability of self-clean.The gas flow become a strong turbulence during going through the pin tube,which make the dust&ash difficult to accumulate on the tube.
3,the basic invest of the boiler is only 50-70% of the ordinary boiler,cheap and high cost performance.
