Waste heat recovery system for generator set specializes in recovery generator set's waste heat to save energy. While producing electricity each generator loses about 65% of thermal energy through the chimney and jacket water.
Exhaust gas boiler structure
Exhaust gas boiler body includes high and low pressure drum, evaporator, economizer, boiler frame, platform, ladder and other components.
The drum is provided with tube seats for safety valve, pressure gauge, vent valve seat, water level gauge, water supply, chemical dosing, continuous blowdown valve and so on.
A steam-water separator is installed inside the boiler drum to ensure steam quality.
Reasonable measures should be taken for the internal structure of the drum to avoid direct contact between the feed water entering the drum and the wall of the drum with higher temperature to reduce the wall temperature difference and thermal stress.
The water level measuring devices such as water level control box and glass water level gauge are installed on the drum, and the electric water level gauge is set for indication, alarm and protection.
An advanced steam-water separator is in the drum to ensure the quality of the steam is qualified. The internal unit of the drum is tight and reliable.
