Features of Waste Heat Boiler System:

The waste heat boiler system is installed on the flue duct  at the tail of the ferrosilicon smelting electric arc furnace to achieve the purpose of recovering flue gas heat and protecting the environment. The waste heat recovery system is of great practical significance to effectively reduce energy consumption and promote the sustainable development of renewable energy.

Heating surface of waste heat boiler usually consists of following  3 parts:
1.  Economizer
2.  Evaporator
3.  Superheater
